Job Vacancy: Airport Assistants (Male/Female)

We are currently offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic airport operations team. We are looking for two Airport Assistants (male or female) who are passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to represent the face of the airport with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Position Details

We have two available shift patterns designed to provide flexibility and work-life balance:

1. Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, working 4 days on and 4 days off. This role offers an hourly rate of £18.27, with weekly cash payments available. On average, you can earn approximately £910 per week.

2. Shift 2: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, rotating schedule (Tuesday to Saturday or Monday to Friday). This shift also offers £18.27 per hour, with immediate start availability.

Successful candidates will be part of a supportive and energetic team that ensures smooth passenger experiences from check-in to boarding. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers courteously at the airport terminal.

• Provide guidance and information regarding check-in, boarding gates, and flight details.

• Support passengers requiring special assistance, such as the elderly, disabled travelers, or those with heavy luggage.

• Coordinate with airline staff and security teams to maintain operational efficiency.

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and maintain airport service standards.

• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.

Requirements

• Male or female, minimum 18 years old.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

• Physically fit and well-presented.

• Friendly, reliable, and punctual.

• Previous experience in airports, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage but not required.

• Must be able to work rotating shifts and handle fast-paced situations.
